I stayed here for 3 weeks due to work in the area. All of the employees were great and respectful. We had no issues with privacy and if we needed something they were always willing to help out. The breakfast was perfect each morning. The only small complaint was that the hotel could use a renovation at some point, but the rooms were cleaned and smelled fresh the entire time. Quiet hotel with no issues. We always leave our room just as clean or better upon check out.
Clean, but obviously unfinished remodeling (?) The water access panel for the bathroom fell off every time the door closed. They advertise their wonderful fresh cinnamon rolls but only had one at 545am on the 2nd morning of a five day stay. All around good value in a small town - can walk to just about anything you might need.
We were very very pleased with the rooms. The young lady at the front desk is just AWESOME!! Our visit included a great breakfast, that was very tasty. A great place to stay. Clean and friendly
10 out of 10 for the most amazing and beautiful staff. The gem has to be Miss Debra. She is the absolute sweetest lady, who also makes the world's best coffee and food. She not only fills your stomach, she also fills your heart with her big rays of joy she spreads. This hotel offers so many special little things like the pool area seating, laundry, and even a nice little office area if you need to get your work done... also when you want to work off Miss Debra's special breakfast... you can hit their spacious gym!! Talk about getting spoiled... From the room to the endless things on grounds to do... it's literally steps away from a great shopping center! I truly can not rave enough about this wonderful place, and it's wonderful staff. If you find yourself in Monticello, Arkansas, stop by and check them out for sure. You will not be disappointed!
Stay here for a friends wedding weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were decent. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the coffee was super strong lol. My only complaints were the shower water wasn't as hot as I would've liked and the room doors didn't shut completely behind you which was a safety concern when I realized our door had been open for 30 minutes while we were just lounging around. The door issue seems to stem from the fact that they are remodeling and the doors have been painted and possibly removed and rehinged and do not sit properly. There's also a huge amount of space at the bottom. We enjoyed the stay overall and would stay again. This hotel is directly across the parking lot from Walmart and all of fast food so you just have to drive out of the hotel parking lot and across into the Walmart shopping center parking lot.
The hotel staff has been very courteous and helpful. Our room was kept clean and they have a nice free breakfast for customers. I would recommend this location for travelers.
